My site is down in google SERP'S.. Need Help

HI guys my websites www.pharmaexpressrx.com and www.trustpharma.com were almost on top in google for all my keywords like kamagra, caverta and all but now suddenly last month Pharmaexpress is gone form 1st page and to my shock last Saturday trustpharma is also gone. even i can't see my site in first 10 pages. i DON'T KNOW why this happenes to me,am having lot of backlinks too.Is this happening to anybody else.!! am in serious trouble,guys need help..!! Please any suggestion or advice. Thanks in Advance

Have you don't any new seo recently with large amounts of links, link farms any thing like this.

Have you updated your content i.e. Text/articles recently,

Just wait a few days some times google changes its index from time to time and ranks can all shift places then after say 5 days your back to your original ranks.

Buddy but is been more than one month..Trustpharma is not regaining at all, Pharmaexpress is back for few keywords And yeah i use to update blog section regularly and with a script my home page updated with these blog articles. Rest i didn't change the content but i also added few more pages to my website

Have you got your website listed with google webmaster tools check to see if any errors are coming up with that something like page links not working, errors on site ect ect.

If that is all ok, then try and add some fresh content and free links as your site only seems to have 73 links atm.

Good luck but these google mind games happen all the time, one day you can be ranking very well the next you can get de listed due to a competitor sabotaging your site.

Yeah i will check my website in webmaster tool, i know there are few errors. OK lets remove those errors 1st then see what happens. Thanks for the valuable advices

I don't know but I'm guessing you are searching in google.com.au

I'm also guessing you measured your rankings with searches with [pages from Australia] toggled on?

So if the above is right I can tell you what's happened!

You have a .com site and it's probably hosted outside Oz and Google.com.au has completely dropped all your pages from their Aus local index.
e.g. you have about 660 pages in the Global index.
but in the local index you now have none!

# blog posting
# social book marking
# link exchange
